PRIZES: Most Humorous Best Business Most Creative Best in Show – $100 cash prize
Details: Registration is free but you MUST register by October 17th, 2015. Bring your scarecrow to Veteran’s Park (Engleside Avenue) on Friday, October 23rd between 3pm and 5pm OR Saturday, October 24th between 8am and 10am. Drop off is behind the pavilion near Beach Avenue, volunteers will be on hand to accept delivery. Scarecrows must remain in the patch until 5pm at the close of the Fall Festival. Winners will be announced at 4pm, entrants are responsible for removing their scarecrows at the close of the Fall Festival, and those left behind cannot be saved.
